Thank you for shopping at Lumos Clock. We take great care in producing and shipping our handcrafted word clocks. Below you can find all details regarding our shipping process.
Processing Time
All clocks are made to order.
We ship your order within 8 working days after receiving the payment.
During peak periods (holidays or promotions), production times may vary slightly. If this happens, we will notify you directly.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your location and order details.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside EU)
International customers outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can re-send it, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Replacements may be issued depending on the carrier’s investigation.
